Abstract
Malignant clear cell hidradenoma arises from the eccrine sweat gland, can occur anywhere in the body, is slowly growing and disseminate in which case the patient is usually fatal.

It has been very rarely reported in the literature all over the world, about 9 cases until now.

The histologically characterestic features of the cancer are those of infilterative local growth, angiolymphatic invasion and mild to moderate mitosis.

Recently, we experienced a malignant clear cell hidradenoma which was occurred on the right temporo-parietal area.

Review of the literature suggest that the malignant clear cell hidradenoma often behaves in an aggressive manner and frequently metastasizes.

As a consequence, therapeutic strategy should be appropriately planned.
